About This Community...
Founded and run by Emily Bettdur, a late life lesbian herself. This community was created to be a private, safe space for all "late life lesbians" to come together, connect, share their stories, and find support from one another.
This community is also open to women identifying as other sexual orientations such as bisexual, queer, or pansexual, but is currently only open to cisgender women.
This community supports women at ALL stages of the late life lesbian journey whether you are just starting to question and realize your true sexuality or if you have fully embraced and been living as your true self for years now and just want a place to connect with others like you.

Why You Should Join...
Being a "late lifer" can be a very scary and emotional journey and process. Many women who realize their sexuality later in life and after only being with men often feel very alone. Coming out, getting divorced or separating from a male partner, and starting to date women can all be very overwhelming too.
PLUS, even after you fully embrace who you are and are living as your authentic self, you may still crave connection and community with others who have gone through what you have.
